These parties jointly determine the purposes and main means of processing for those two activities. Their respective responsibilities are set out in an arrangement under Article 26 GDPR. The essence of the arrangement is explained below.

Privacy contact: info@tasteofhappiness.eu. Anna Sanocka is the designated contact person for privacy requests. You may also exercise your GDPR rights against either controller.

When you contact us, we process the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, subject and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a potential collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not add contact-form users to the newsletter without separate consent.

If you subscribe, we process your email address and records of your subscription and consent to send occasional Taste of Happiness news and stories. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter or by emailing us. We stop sending newsletters after withdrawal and retain only such limited records as are needed to establish compliance or defend legal claims.

When you use this website, the hosting and technical infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request timestamps and browser data to deliver the website, secure its systems and investigate failures or misuse. This is generally based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website operator coordinates technical website operation. Hosting security logs and their storage periods depend on the final hosting configuration.

If optional analytics are enabled, they will be activated only after the appropriate consent. The Cookie Policy and consent panel will identify the active tools and relevant storage technologies. Video playback may involve requests to a media provider; details will be provided once the final embedded player is configured. Please consult the Cookie Policy for the current setup.

We may use providers needed for web hosting, email delivery, mailing-list management and media delivery. Such providers process personal data only according to their applicable roles and contractual terms. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, the controllers assess and rely on an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, where required.

We retain contact messages for the time reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any ensuing correspondence, subject to legal retention duties and the need to establish or defend claims. Newsletter records are kept while you subscribe, with limited consent evidence retained where required. Technical records follow the retention settings of the active infrastructure. We review storage periods and delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

Subject to the conditions of GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal. Contact info@tasteofhappiness.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.

Anna Sanocka, on behalf of Prospero, coordinates incoming privacy requests and erasure requests. Salt & Stories supports the handling of any requests relating to systems or data under its control. Both parties participate in decisions about the contact form and newsletter and cooperate on security, processor oversight and incident management. This allocation does not limit your ability to contact either controller.
